MONDAY WEIGH IN
Hey, I hope Marge doesn't mind that I opened the "weigh in" entry, but came to post my numbers for the week and didn't see an entry started. So I thought I'd kick things off with my numbers for the week:
Beginning weight: 396
Surgery weight: 386
Last week: 226
This week: 225.5
Still bouncing around the same 5 pound weight range - have been here for about 8 weeks now. Am glad that I'm not gaining, but would like to lose a little something. So I'll see what I can do this week.
How did you all do this past week???
Kellie
Hey Kellie,
Thanks alot for opening the post this morning. I need all the help I can get today. I am so slow and dragging.. We have been putting wood flooring in all weekend and still have a long way to go and I am sore from sitting on the floor. We have been taking turns using the floor stapler and the other tapping the tounge and groove in right but let me tell you.... Either way its back breaking and butt soring lol... I didnt get any change this week. Guess its the not eatting and drinking like I should. Havent had alot of time there for that. So will have to kick it up a knotch and drink protein when cant get it in. Thanks again Kellie for the help this morning....
Hugs Marge

BRR, it's cold in Colorado today. The temperature outside was 1 degree at 8 AM. I think someone kidnapped me while I was sleeping and transplanted me to Michigan!
Beginning weight: 530
Surgery weight: 407
Last week: 328
This week: 321
I've upped my daily protein intake, and I think it's working well.
Kix
Here it goes:
Beginning/Surgery weight: 371
Last week: 285
This week: 279
6 more pounds! Yeah! Total of 92 pounds (almost to the century mark!)
Last week was tough, so I'm pretty excited that I lost as much as I did. When I stress out my body usually reacts by holding onto the weight, but I guess my daily exercise helped.
