5 minute warm up on the elliptical
20 minutes leg training
40 minutes on the treadmill
I'd really like to reverse the first and last entries.... but that elliptical just kills my inner thighs.... I guess that's the whole point...
Maybe I need to set a goal for myself....

Hi Karen,
Great job !!! I know what you mean about the elliptical
trainer. The first time hubby and I got on machines right
next to each other...he could only do about 30 seconds
and I did 10 minutes. Needless to say he doesn't get on
them anymore.
