Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

Hello Everyone, Our Lori must be busy so I'll open the gym for her. What did you do to move your body today? I went to the gym after work. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Take care, Diana Due date 04/21/07 ~ Cody

I went to water aerobics class and swam laps for an additional 15 minutes. Hope Lori is OK. Still praying and thinking of her.

Diana, Thanks for opening the gym. I had my breast biopsy today and have been sitting with it propped up with an ice pack on it. It hurt more than I thought. I should have my results on Friday. I'm banned from the gym for a few days while I recover. Can you continue to open the gym for me? Thanks! Lori
