Hi Lori! Good to see you! I did 50 minutes of aerobics, but I tell you I couldn't get my heartrate up at all. It took 15 minutes into the tape before I was at my target - I guess my body was rebelling - although this is the tape I've done for a couple of months and my body could just be getting use to it. I've been doing my new tape (the one that is whipping my butt) 4 days out the week and filling in the other two days with the old tape. I might have to try something different. And, of course, there is the daily ritual of shoveling. 30 minutes yesterday, 20 minutes today. I was so mad at the snow yesterday that I ended up doing not only my place, but two of my neighbors - I just wanted it to be gone! At least I got some good exercise

PJ, Are you exercising at a fat burning heart rate? That is usually much lower than we think. You are doing great though! Lori
