Hey Lori, Yes its me again Margaret lol.... I am sitting here very sore from the fat legs down because I started back dancing again today. I need to start moving the body more than I have in a while. Them plateaus seem to like hanging around some. And my one year out anniversary is Saturday and I need to be accountable for my actions now. Its not a honeymoon anymore by no means and the weightloss isnt falling off like months ago. Think the body is saying get your butt in gear Marge!! So today I danced for straight hard thirty minutes and I feel it. How sad but will continue to keep it up. It also makes you feel mentally better about yourself when you do what you are suppossed to. I am a stickler about what I eat and now should be this way with exercise. So glad you are here for me.... Marge
