50 min elliptical 20 min weights. Woke up late this morning didn't get to do an hour on elliptcal but tomorrow is another day. It sure is hard getting up at 4:30 am.

I'm feeling better. When I get to go back to strength training, I'm going to go back a few notches so that I don't hurt myself as I sure feel weaker with a couple of weeks off.

Hi Lori,
My workout was so great today. I felt like I could go on forever. Unfortunately I didn't have the time. I did burn about 700 calories just in my cardio for the day though, so that's good.

I have totally gotten back in the "swing" now... Forgot how fun it was. And boy talk about "swing" lol... Does this sagging skin swing this way and that way. By the time im swinging the other way it meets be back lol....

We are supposed to get more snow on Saturday (sigh!), but the sun is out today and it's almost bearable outside, so I walked up and down the driveway for about 10 minutes. I'm sure the neighbors must think I'm insane, but that's OK.

Hi Lori,
I was off today but met hubby at the gym after he got off work.
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike and
10 minutes on the elliptical trainer.

40 minutes on the elliptical trainer at lunch - was my first trip to the gym this week. My grandmother is in the hospital and I spent a couple evenings with her and my family. She doing better, so I'm taking the opportunity to take care of myself by exercising.
