Hello Everyone,
I went to the gym after work today. I did 30 minutes on the
treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the
elliptical trainer.
What did you do to move your body today?

Hit the gym again today (that's 5 days in a row, a new record for me) and I did:
10 on the bike
30 on the ellptical
10 on the treadmill
WT on arms and shoulders

Hi Jacie,
Congratulations!!! I know what you mean. I've been good about going
to the gym Monday through Thursdays. Hubby and I usually go to the movies
on Fridays and I eat popcorn. Well today we went to the gym instead.
Woohooo five days in a row for me too.

Hi, Diana:
I haven't been able to do a lot of exercising because of the PICC line in my arm, but I decided to do three sets of climbing up and down the basement stairs. It felt pretty aerobic! My calves sure feel it today.
