This week: 219.3
Continuing with the downward trend that started last week. I've cut back on my daily calories, mostly dropping carbs, and have been exercising 4-5 times per week. And it's working, slow but steady.

Hey Jacie,
I was doing the same thing just not really losing any weight The best thing to do is switch some things around so that your body isn't getting use to the way of life style you are leading. Change the time you eat and what you are eating then change the type of exercise you are doing this might help. The most important thing you can do is drink more water this helped me to lose weight over night.

Total loss so far - 156 lbs
The scale actually read 199 on Saturday morning and since any number starting with a 1 is my own personal goal I was jumping up and down with excitement all day! Unfortunately that number didn't stick around long, but I'm hoping to see it again permanently later on this week!

Today: 341.5 -- Not bad considering that I just got home from a cruise. I really worked at eating right and swimming in the lap pool each day, plus lots of walking.
Surgery in less than 48 hours!
