Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
Hey Lori,
Well its a new week and ready for my 4 days i had to cut back due to injury but I am feeling good. I will increase my time again later but for now I am only doing 60 min on the elliptical and then it is out the door. I will be doing some light weights tomorrow but nothing to heavy I have to let my body heal itself.
