Howdy Lori, Hit the dancing this morning. Thirty minutes... I was sorta poorly over the weekend with monthly issues so didnt feel up to parr so made up forit today. Extra shaking and wiggling and jiggling going on lol..I was very proud of myself yesterday. I gave blood for the first time ever. I dont think I could have before WLS. Not only did it give me the thrive to do it but I was so unhealthy till I always felt they would turn me down. Probably would have. It was also for my lil grandsons school. He is in kindergarten and he gets a billy blood drop beanie baby lol... Go****old him he is selling is nana out for a toy lol... I was still proud and wasnt even nervous and he was the only one in class that got one lol... Marge here

Marge, You are doing so great! Keep dancing girl! About 10 years before my surgery, I had to quit giving blood because I was so heavy they had too much trouble finding a vein they could access. Like you, I feel proud to do it now!!! Hugs, Lori

I did a short walk throughout the house today. It's snowing again, so I didn't feel like wandering outside. Maybe I'll do some stair climbing when my sister leaves for her dental appointment. Today's Post had an article about the inversion in SLC. There's a picture taken at 400 South and State looking toward the Capitol. I'm shocked that the Capitol and Eagle Gate can barely be seen in the photo because the air is so thick. I remember those inversions, but I don't remember them being quite that bad! No wonder you can't breathe. It almost looks like tule fog to me. Kix

Kix, Yes, this bad inversion has really kicked my butt. I'm still sick, can't seem to shake it, I'm sure the air is the culprit! They say we haven't had it this bad in 6 years. Lori
