Gym Is Open (Monday) Need help again keeping gym open.

Hi guys, I need one of you to keep the gym open this week. I am in a training class all week and won't have much acess to the computer. Can one of you do it? In the meantime, I went to the gym this morning and did 45 mins on the treadmill and 20 min lower body strength training. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Lori, Looks like Kix volunteered to keep the gym open this week while you're in training - a big thanks to you for doing this regularly, and to Kix for pitching in. Today I did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer at lunch. I'm hoping to do a 10-20 minute indoor walking video tonight with one of my roommates, plus maybe some work with the free weights too. Hey Lori, We will miss ya this week but we understand... We will be good girls> while you are away... I hit the today and up'd it five minutes. Aint gonna say it wasnt a hard thirty five minutes because I am hurting all over from putting that dang flooring down...ugh....( husband on the knees now as we speak lol) < ok honey, im coming lol... But dang it, I did it and as promised now im whinning. But will hit it again tommorrow and day after that and day after that... It wont whip me!! Plus need the exercise lol...So holler when can Lori.... Hugs Marge<

I actually worked out today - finally feeling like the cold is gone! I had a pretty low-key workout, although I did last 50 minutes. Just not really high intensity, which was just fine with me. I DO NOT want this cold to come back and haunt me, so I'm taking it a little slower. Hope your sinus infection is better, and have fun at your training class I'll make sure and keep everyone in line, especially Kix - you never know what she might do!

Hi Lori. Mostly, I rested following surgery, but my friend picked me up this morning to show me around the new house they are renting. It was fun to get out and walk around, but I was exhausted when I got home. Been resting ever since. My daughter Stephanie took away my cell phone and wouldn't let me answer the house phone. She made me stay in my room and made me rest. Wonderful 21 yo child! Bless her! So I moved, but I rested lots too! God Bless, Jennie
