Gym is Open (Thursday)
My sister called and said she is taking the day off tomorrow so we can go to the Garden Show, so I guess I'm going to the Garden Show.
I didn't want people to have to wait for me to open the gym when I get home tomorrow afternoon, so I figured I'd open the door a bit early. As for exercise, I'm sure I will get plenty of exercise while I'm there, but I'll post specifics tomorrow.
What did you do to move your body on Thursday?

I shook up my routine some, just because I got PO'd at the treadmill.....
5 min warm up on elliptical
20 mins arm weight training
25 mins on the treadmilll.... I hate it when I pause to fiddle with my MP3 player or go get more water and the dang thing resets.....so I finished up with.....
15 mins on the elliptical
I bet my inner thighs are going to be complaining about it tomorrow too!

I went to the gym twice Thursday. At lunch, I lifted weights for about 45 minutes - 2-3 sets on machines for upper body and some lower body. After work, I did 40 minutes on the ellipitical trainer doing an interval program (2 minutes of slow, easy pace, followed by 2 minutes of all-out, go as fast as you can - repeat 9 times for 36 minutes, followed by cool down time). That interval program kicks my butt, but its good because it helps improve your heart's recovery time.
