MONDAY WEIGH IN!
Back on the protein train the last few weeks due to a gain of 10lbs between New years and 3rd week of Jan. So here are my numbers:
Highest Weight: 409
Lowest weight (Nov 2006): 193lbs
Last weeks weight: 203
This weeks weight: 199
Loss this week: 4lbs WOOHOO! back in onewonderland.
