Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
I haven't been here for over a week and I've been spending the past hour getting caught up with everyone - amazing how much you miss when you did get on here everyday!
I've had to change my workout routine due to my bad ankle (I'm getting therapy for the darn thing - I've sprained it so many times in the past that it's just a mess and has been causing me problems) My pt gave me permission to do either cycling, elliptical or water aerobics. I'm not getting into a swimsuit (not quite ready for that yet!) I've been alternating between cycle and elliptical.
So, today I did 20 minutes on the cycle and 12 minutes on the elliptical - that thing whipped my butt and now my legs hurt like crazy! I guess this is a good thing, I knew my legs were weak and this will help.
But I miss my aerobics :-( They just get me so motivated and evergized. And the cycle is so darn boring!
