deja vu - all over again

Boy, this has been a rough hall for you, hasn't it? I hope you begin to feel better soon and that the surgery goes well!
I don't have fibromyalgia but a good friend of mine did. Most of her symptoms were muscle fatigue and exhaustion. She told me about a chart that shows the different muscles that are affected and that was how she was diagnosed. She had all the trigger points that pointed to it.
The best thing she did for herself was lose weight, which you are already doing! She also did physical therapy every week to help with the muscle pain. She is doing pretty well, as long as she keeps everything under control with diet, exercise, etc.
Keep us up to date, I hope they find an answer for all those ear issues!

Pam
hi pam. thanks for the information. it certainly has been an interesting couple of years.
guess i'll have to start paying more attention to the location of the aches and pains.
in the meantime, the ear surgery is done and i'll know in about ten days whether or not it took.
until then, i'm gonna try to enjoy the time off since it's only one of two i'll get this year.
did that make any sense?
have a wonderful friday, hun.
take care

thx for the prayer, loris. i'm back home so it must have helped. i'd been having concerns about being kept overnight again. i'm trying to remember the phrase IF HE BRINGS YOU TO IT, HE'LL BRING YOU THROUGH IT.
and sincerely hoping i can be healthier for a while and very soon. happy friday. and thanks again. :-)
