Hey Ladies

Hey ladies, Just got an e-mail from Catherine's.  They have a type of girdle called "Spanx" pwer panty.  Have any of you tried this one?  It looks so thin that i can't imagine how that would work on a girl like me with tons of hanging skin issues.  I really need a type of girdle that will hold me in without me feeling like I'm gonna pass-out...if you know what I mean.  Any ideas would be welcome. I just heard a radio morning show talking about those and they seemed to love them. I have to use pantie gurdles now and long line bras, but I think I am getting ready to have to have something that holds in my thighs too...I have a new rash from a new area rubbing.. I have heard of lipo in a box that is supposed to be good...they are just to high for me to buy as fast as I am changing sizes at this point.  Shellie

        THE SPANX PRODUCTS ARE SUPPOSSED TO BE REALLY GOOD, THE INVENTOR OF THE GARMENTS WAS ON OPRAH A WHILE BACK. SHE TALKS ABOUT THEM ALL THE TIME AND HOW SHE EVEN WEARS THE PRODUCTS...DOWN HERE IN THE SOUTH THE HEAT AND GIRDLES IS SOMETHING THAT DOESNT MIX VERY WELL.... SO MAYBE THIS IS A GOOD THING BEING THIN...

Hey Marge, If Oprah wears them......hmmm.  They look so light, like panty-hose or something.  Hard to imagine not putting on a suit of armor...just to go get the mail ya know.  I love the movie "Steel Magnolias" where Dolly Pardon says something like.."I haven't gone out out of the house without spandex on since I was 16"  That always made me laugh and I thought in the back of my head..How vain is that???? Now, I can see the reason..and I don't feel vain at all...go figure. Hugs and high fives to ya! Ginger

Spanx is the new celebrity craze! Anyone who is anyone has a pair! so I've been told... lol. My friend bought a pair- 68 bucks for any of the REAL "hold ur stuff in girls" type- and I didn't think it helped her much- nothing that my good ole control top girdle didn't do- and it was only 14 bucks :) omg... I am so cheap

Thats not cheap, its smart if it works just as well! LOL
