Whooo hooo...I am morbidly obese

Hello, I just plugged in my new weight... 324.. and my BMI is 49.3. I cannot believe it is under 50! I have lost 130lbs  and have finally gotten to the point that I am only morbidly obese and not SuperMorbidly obese.  Just had to share. Shellie

That is great. I am happy for you. I remember that . I started at 377 and am now 272. It feels great. I went from a BMI of like 57 to 41.5. I can't wait to break into the 30's.... Stay healthy, Netta

HEY SHELLIE,             THAT IS SUCH GREAT NEWS!!! I KNOW YOU ARE SO PROUD OF YOURSELF.... I KNOW I NEVER EVEN UNDERSTOOD OR REALLY DIDNT CARE ABOUT BMI'S UNTIL I HAD WEIGHTLOSS SURGERY LOL... STARTED OUT AT LIKE 68 AND AM NOW AROUND 35 CONGRATES AGAIN!! MARGE

CONGRATS SHELLIE!    I know you are thrilled about the changes.  I'm SO looking forward to seeing the numbers drop as well.  My BMI is in the high 60s so it will be great to move out of the SMO group as well. Keep up the great work!
