GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY!! MARGE I THINK YOU ARE RIGHT ABOUT ONDERLAND BUT YOU ARE ALOT CLOSER THAN I AM BUT I AM GETTING THERE. WELL I DIDNT GAIN ANYTHING THIS WEEK AND I AM KIND OF SURPRISED SINCE I KNOW I HAVE BEEN EATING SO BAD BUT I GUESS NOT AS BAD AS I THOUGHT WELL HERE IT GOES. SURGERY WEIGHT 362 LAST WEEK 209 THIS WEEK 209 I AM GETTIN THERE JUST GETTING VERY VERY SLOWLY. HOPE EVERYBODY HAS A GREAT WEEK!!! NANETTE

Beginning weight: 396
Surgery weight: 386
Last week: 219.2
This week: 216.2
My calories for the week averaged out to 2234 per day. I went to the gym 6 times (lifted weights 2x cardio 4x), and I cleaned snow out of my driveway 2 times (shoveling and snowthrower).
Kellie I had a nice weekend. Spent way too much money at "The Container Store" buying containers to get my room more organized. It looks pretty good.

This week: 300
I really want to get into the 200s this week, so I hope my body cooperates! My weight bounced up and down two pounds all week long, from 300 to 302 to 300. Maybe I need to quit eating tasty split pea soup and resume my shrimp habit.
