I recently had another sleep study done because I've been having a hard time sleeping lately.  It felt to me like the pressure on my CPAP was too high. The results are in, and I still need the CPAP at a high pressure, although she did turn it down from 18 to 15.  She said the reason I liked sleeping with the APAP so much is that I don't need the high pressure all the time. I'm going to have another test to measure my oxygen levels at night while wearing the CPAP.   I was secretly hoping that losing 230 lbs would make a difference with regard to the CPAP.  I would like to get rid of it once and for all. I'm almost sorry I opened this can of worms.  I should have just turned down the CPAP pressure on my own.  It doesn't help that I hate my RT. Rats.  Just, rats. Kix

I guess I'm just disappointed because I've made progress in so many areas already that I figured the sleep apnea would go away.  Oh, well! I'm eating shrimp right now, although I got distracted while it was boiling and it's a bit rubbery.  Can you say "Pink Pearl Eraser"?  Kix
