hi all:    i finally decided on a reward for my 200 weight loss mark.  found a ring that has a backwards C overlapping a second C.  it's very simple, was really inexpensive, and it makes me smile when i look at it.  HOWEVER.  since my surgery last thursday i've put a couple lbs back on so i no longer 'qualify' to wear it.  isn't that just how it goes?  ach ja -life goes on.  have a good one

You'll get back below that 200 pound loss mark so you can "qualify" to wear the ring.  So I say go ahead and buy it, but don't allow yourself to wear it until you hit the 200 mark again.  Perhaps it'll give you some motivation to stay on track!  In another 19 pounds, I'll have lost 200 pounds and I'm just beginning to think about what I want to commemorate the event.  At 100 pounds, I bought a cool "om" necklace from redenvelope.com and I love it.   Anyway, you'll get back to the 200 mark before you know it and that ring will be yours, all yours Kellie

Unless you have way gotten off track on your eating you do qualify to wear it.  I had a kidney stone procedure and gained five pounds from two bags of IV fluids.  If you aren't over eating you didn't really gain any weight.  Good luck and hugs, Loris
