Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
It is total insanity for me today at work. We just migrated 9000 users to our new email system today. They have 100 of us answering phones to help folks, even though this is not our usual job. So, I really don't help anyone, I just log tickets.
Anyway, I'm off to the gym tonight. I will do 45 minutes cardio and upper body strength training.

Hey Lori,
I did 65 min of cardio today treadmill and elliptical. Hey have you ever dumped on nothing? I did today I had some ice water the next thing I knew I started sweating and my mouth started watering. I didn't like that at all. Well I am feeling better now but wow that was scary and I am at work.

I went to the gym during lunch on Tuesday and did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Got my iPod working again so I could listen to what I wanted, so I was very happy about that. I'm not sure I'll make it to the gym Wednesday; am having a mammogram in the afternoon, then taking my car for a much-needed oil change. If the oil change guys are fast, I'll stop at the gym for a quick workout before heading home.

A day late, but I've been in Vegas and just got back, so I'm catching up!
I walked, and walked, and walked FOREVER yesterday. I wish I had brought my pedometer just so I could see how many steps I took. Everywhere I wanted to go was far from where I was and it seems all of the escalators decided to break. Lots of up and down, up and down walking for me. And I am feeling it today - my bad ankle is swollen to the size of a watermelon and my legs are screaming at me. I'm about to jump into a nice warm bath to soak for a while.
You would think would all the time i work out in the morning I wouldn't feel so sore. Those stairs killed me.
