When you stand up and your panties fall off!  I'm getting dressed to go to the clinic, and when I stood up to put on my trousers, my panties dropped down to my knees.  (If Blobby wasn't so fat, I think they would have hit the floor!  ) I guess I'd better buy some smaller ones so I don't get arrested for flashing someone on the bus! Oh my gosh, I just about spi****er out of my mouth when I read that. You crack me up lady. I tell ya, the underwear issues we have to deal with - I'll bet no one even imagines that when they have the surgery!
