MONDAY WEIGH IN!
GOOD MORNING PEOPLE,
UP AND AT EM THIS MORNING... I KNOW, I KNOW, ITS BLAGH MONDAY BUT GOTTA DO IT...
THE WEATHER IS SORTA NICE TODAY HERE. GONNA BE AROUND SEVENTY AND SUNNY. WHO HOO!!
SORRY KIX AND PJ, DIDNT MEAN TO RUB IT IN LOL.... TOMMORROW WILL BE THIRTEEN MONTHS OUT FOR ME AND AS OF THIS MORNING HAVE LOST 195LBS. I AM PROUD OF MYSELF BUT STILL IN THE DAISED AND CONFUSED STAGE LOL.... HARD TO TAKE IN. WHEN I SIT IN A CHAIR I LOOK DOWN AND SEE MY THIGH AND IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE SHOULD EVEN BE ATTACHED TO MY BODY. I ALSO CROSS MY LEGS ALOT NOW AND IM LIKE JEEZ.... JUST COULD CROSS MY FEET AND FINGERS TOGETHER A YEAR AGO AND NOW CROSSING LEGS??
BUT WITH EVERYTHING COMES CHANGE I GUESS. WE HAVE ALL COME SO FAR IN THE YEARS PAST. PEOPLE PUT SUCH A NUMBER ON WHAT HEALTHY SHOULD BE AND WHAT SIZE A PERSON IS SUPPOSSED TO BE. AND WHAT BMI YOU SHOULD OR SHOULDNT BE. HEY, IN LA LA LAND THAT IS GREAT BUT YOU KNOW NOT EVERYBODY IS BUILT TO BE THAT.SURE IT WOULD BE A MAJOR PLUS TO BE SMALLER BUT IF I NEVER GET THERE I CAN ALSO LIVE WITH THAT TO. I NEVER STARTED OUT WITH WLS TO BE A RUNWAY MODEL. BUT YOU KNOW, I SAY IF YOU FEEL GOOD, WELL THATS WHAT COUNTS. YOU ARE THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAS TO LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THAT.... Hey, Marge, I'll start things off for the week with my numbers:
Beginning weight: 396
Surgery weight: 386
Last week: 216.2
This week: 211.0
My calories for the week averaged out to 1957 per day. My schedule was busy last week, so I only managed to work out 3 days (lifted weights 2x, cardio 3x). My schedule is more open this week, so I'm planning to hit the gym 5 days (lift weights 2x, cardio 5x). Hopefully that'll help keep the scale moving in the right direction!

2 POUNDS IS 2 POUNDS ONLY 8 MORE POUNDS UNTIL I CAN THOSE 200'S GOODBYE FOR GOOD. I WOULD LOVE TO BE THERE FOR MY MARCH 12TH DR'S APPOINTMENT BUT IF NOT THATS OK BUT I WANT TO BE AT 180 BY MY 2 YEAR SURGIVERSARY IN AUGUST SO THAT IS MY GOAL, I HOPE I CAN DO IT. Today: 315.6
It's been a good week for me, and after today, I enter the "unchartered" territory for me weight wise. It has been since my 18 yo dd was tiny that I weighed less than 315. 3 years ago, I dieted and exercised my way down to 315, but could not get below it. I'm so excited to see the changes that will come in the next few months!
I'm going back to my Aquafit class today, and visit my surgeon on Wednesday. So far, I'm down 28lbs from surgery. Wednesday will be 4 weeks, so it would be nice to be down 2 more lbs on Wednesday, but that is probably unrealistic.
