Update on me.
Hello everyone,
I just got home from the hospital. I woke up Sunday night to go to the
restroom and found blood all over my panties. I called the doctor and
he put me in the hospital. The specialist did an ultrasound and the
baby was fine. They don't know why this happened but would not let
me leave till it stopped. I am now on bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy.
This is going to hard. I am used to working and going to the gym everyday.
I know this is best for my baby. I have to see the doctor twice a week now
and go to the hospital once a week for a non stress test. Please keep
Lil Cody and me in your prayers. He needs to bake at least another
5 weeks the doctor said.
XOXOXOXO

Diana, I'm sorry to hear about this, but I wanted to let you know that a friend of mine had a similar thing happen to her. She was put on bed rest the last eight weeks of her pregnancy because they thought a small part of the placenta had separated, causing the bleeding. The bed rest did the trick, she carried the baby to term and had an uncomplicated delivery.
So, kick off your shoes, prop up those feet, and take it easy until Cody is fully baked!

Diana,
You are in my prayers. I am the go to person in my family for prayers. I will be saying prayers to St. Gerard for you starting tonight. I am Catholic and he is the patron saint of pregnant women. I have seen prayers to him pull off a few miracles. Stay rested and keep "baking". Once Cody is born you will long to be able to rest.
Good luck and hugs.
Jeanne
Diana!
Big hugs to you! I know this is going to be difficult, but, of course you have to do it. Take this opportunity to watch tons of dvds and catch up on books you've always wanted to read!
I'm sorry I haven't been on the computer for a couple of days and missed this!
Of course I'm pulling for you and the baby!
Love,
Lori
Oh no, Diana! I was so scared when I saw this post with the little sad face! I am so thankful though that the baby is ok, I'm sure that was terrifying! I know it will be hard to be on bedrest but you know it is what you need to do for that sweet little baby. I will keep you both in my prayers. *hugs*
