The gym is open yesterday and today Friday
I am not sure what happen to Lori so i am posting this on her behalf we have to keep our bodies moving to reach our goal. Alright well today I did 1 hour of cardio and some weight lifiting. I feel better everyday I have been feeling like quiting a few times but I must keep my focus.

Hey Lorraine,
Thanks for opening the gym. I was at a seminar all day yesterday and forgot to ask someone to open the gym. Today, I stayed home with my IBS. I had no internet connection until now!
I did go to the gym this morning before I knew my IBS would give me trouble. I did the 3 times through the circuit workout which mixes upper and lower body strength training and abs for 40 minutes, then I did 25 mins on the treadmill.

Not only did I follow Tracy's fine example on Thursday and not do anything, I carried it through today as well.
The weather should start warming up tomorrow, which will do a lot to improve my current mood. In the meantime, it's time to dig out the hand weights again now that I can resume my "Sit and Tone".
I want to do more walking as well.
