MONDAY WEIGH IN!
Hey, Kix, just writing to offer some words of encourage to tide you over until you hit that 299 mark! When I was approaching Onederland, I had a stall that lasted 2-3 weeks. I was SURE I was done losing and that I'd never hit that milestone. It was frustrating, frustrating, frustrating!!! But I did eventually get past it, which was a relief....
Now if I could only get myself to the two-hundred pounds lost mark... That's another 20 pounds, so it'll be a while, but I will make it eventually.

Another good week (yahoo!) for me - not only did I lose 4 pounds but I'm pretty sure I've lost some inches - all my clothes suddenly were too big for me! Just means I get to go shopping! (which I did on Sunday, where I bought my first pair of jeans in over 10 years!)
Beginning/surgery weight: 371
Last week's weight: 260
This week's weight: 256
I tell ya, my workouts are really paying off - I started weight training last week and upped the amount of time for my cardio and it is helping tons.
My goal is to weight 247 by April 1 - that's when I head to Texas to see my aunt and uncle. I want to be in the 30 BMI range and I am going to work my butt off to get there! (literally - I want my big ole butt to shrink BIG TIME!)
Hi Marge and all. I would love to wash Johnny Depp, he is a little young for me but I am old not dead. I only weigh in the first Friday of the month and here are my numbers. I am hoping that by my next weigh in I will be in the 2's. Pre-surgery weight 456
Had surgery June 14, 2006
Friday March 2 310 lbs.
I am pleased. I have an appointment to see a lymphodemia therapist early April, hopefully I will then get clearance to start at the gym. Have a good day to you all. Jeanne
