Hi guys! Well this morning I drug my butt out of bed and got to the gym 30 mins late so only had time for 30 minutes of strength training...mostly abs...then 25 mins of treadmill.  Glad I made it at all though! What did you do to move your body today? Lori

It's Monday, so that means chores.  Scrubbing and mopping and vacuuming.  Ugh!  I'm trying to get in some short walks while I'm doing my chores.  I'm still waiting for the sunshine the weather people promised me today! Kix

Good for you Lori! It's hard to get up Monday morning to work out, although this morning at my gym there were more people than I've ever seen. Late New Year's resolutions people maybe? It was a little weird. I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the cycle. Then I did weights/toning with my Kathy Smith tape. It's 20 minutes long and works on upper and lower body - great program that progresses over 12 weeks, I am already seeing a difference.

I hit the gym twice on Monday.  First trip was at lunch time to lift weights for upper and lower body.  I've been doing that twice a week for about a month now.  I'm starting to notice a difference in my muscle tone and definition.  Nothing too serious yet, but enough to help keep me motivated.   Second trip was after work for 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer.  That's my favorite workout these days -  Kellie

Kellie, I wish the elliptical worked for my knees.  I love doing it, but, my knees hurt the rest of the day! You are doing so great!  Keep up the good work! Lori

I did 2 hours of water aerobics -- 1 hr. focusing on strength training, 1 hr. focused on cardio, plus another 15 min. or so of laps.

I'm a day late reporting in, but yesterday (Monday), I did one of Leslie Sansone's In-Home Walk DVD's followed by 35 minutes of upper body weights with Denise Austin.
