Gym Is Open (Monday)
Good for you Lori! It's hard to get up Monday morning to work out, although this morning at my gym there were more people than I've ever seen. Late New Year's resolutions people maybe? It was a little weird.
I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the cycle. Then I did weights/toning with my Kathy Smith tape. It's 20 minutes long and works on upper and lower body - great program that progresses over 12 weeks, I am already seeing a difference.
I hit the gym twice on Monday. First trip was at lunch time to lift weights for upper and lower body. I've been doing that twice a week for about a month now. I'm starting to notice a difference in my muscle tone and definition. Nothing too serious yet, but enough to help keep me motivated. Second trip was after work for 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer. That's my favorite workout these days - Kellie
