Kellie, Sounds like a good idea.  I did 18 flights of stairs, 2 times on last Thursday.  Today was the first time my calves were not killing me!  Takes muscles a while to recover sometimes. Lori

Sounds great Tracy!  Does your abs feel strong under the extra skin?

I took a short walk up and down part of my street today.  I was adventurous and managed it without the walker.  I was also trying to walk our two dogs, neither of whom are very obedient on leashes. Trying to keep them from pulling me down the street must count for an upper body workout!  I've started keeping a food journal on Fitday to make sure I'm staying on track.  I realized last week I was eating way too many sugar-free popsicles, so I figured I'd better start journaling my food so it becomes a habit. I also ate liver for the first time as a post-op.  It tasted pretty good, but pre-op I used to cook the onions in a boatload of butter and then saute the liver in butter.  I miss that!  I just pan-seared it with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Kix, I journaled faithfully on FitDay for about 14 months.  I need to start doing it again as I'm eating too much again.  It does help! Lori
