Largest Woman who had WLS dies...

It is so sad. She was Renee Williams from Austin Tx. She was 29 and left behind two daughters, ages 8 and 13 and a fiancee. She weighed in at almost 900lbs and was considered to be the largest woman ever to get Wls. She was turned down several times over either being on Medicaid or because of her weight... She was noted as saying she would die either from trying to have it or not having it. I think alot of us can relate to this story...Bless her heart... Her heart was said to give out..  Lets keep her and her family in our prayers... She was on the various shows like The Insider.. Hugs Marge

I was watching the view this morning and Rosie made a comment how she left 2 young children and this is a VERRY DANGEROUS surgery. The fact she was nearly 900 Lbs and she knew this was it for her if she did not have it. I feel if she would have been given the chance earlier while she was a little healthier it may have had another outcome. One day the insurance companies will understand they are not Dr's.

It is so sad for her family and we are all praying for them.

Hi Auntie Marge, Your so right this is so sad. I knew she was a momma and those poor little girls. Her family is in my prayers. It's been all over the news here.
