You are so hilarious! About leash training, there is a neighbor dog that I give dog treats too all the time.  I want to take her on walks, but, her owners say she is not leash trained.  I don't know much about it.  Is it difficult? Lori

Lori, I don't know if a dog not being leash trained is routinely a problem, but for me, I worry that the dogs tugging on the leash in their zeal to examine every centimeter of ground between here and PJ's house will cause me to fall.  Depending on the dog, it should be relatively easy to get them accustomed to the leash.  We have enough backyard that the dogs haven't needed to be on leashes in order to get exercise, which is why I'm having to teach them now. Hi Lori - I did my usual water aerobics class.  I didn't have time to do extra laps today.  I was on the run all day long, and made attempts to use stairs when possible. At least the weather is nice for the pool right now.

Good for you Jennie.  I was thinking of going to water aerobics this Saturday since I'm banned from my upper body strength training until my elbow heals.  I wonder if water aerobics would be too much for it too? Lori

Lori, You could go to the class and only do the things that don't involve that elbow.  Our class is pretty different each day.  Some days, we do alot with arms and the weights, somedays it is more ab work, others more endurance with biking and running in the pool.  We do have people there who cannot do a certain activity and they only run in place during that segment.   Try it, and you might be like me - addicted to the pool!
