YOU KNOW WLS IS STILL WORKING WHEN......

I AM GOING ON FOURTEEN MONTHS OUT AND STILL THROW UP PRETTY MUCH IF I DON****CH MY P'S AND Q'S. I HAVE TO SAY I ONLY THROW UP THOUGH WHEN I EAT TO FAST OR WHEN I DRINK SOMETHING TO SOON  AND THEN EAT OR AFTER I ATE. SO GUESS THE DEAL ABOUT WAITING IS STILL IN FORCE. AND I HAVE TO SAY MY MOST REASON FOR THROWING UP IS EATTING TO FAST. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS. I HAVE STILL HAD ISSUES WITH THIS AFTER ALL THIS TIME. I CAN COOK THE MOST LOWFAT DINNERS AND JUST MAKE THE MEAT SO TENDER AND STILL HIT THE BATHROOM AFTERWARDS... IT MAKES ME MAD AT MYSELF. WHAT BRINGS THIS UP IS TODAY. I COOKED IN THE SLOW COOKER ALL DAY SOME CHICKEN THIGHS THAT WERE SKINNED AND BONED AND LET THEM COOK ALL DAY SO WOULD BE SO TENDER AND PUT A BIG CAN OF ITALIAN DICED TOMATOES IN IT AND SOME SEASONINGS. THEN WHEN GOT READY TO EAT WE HAD THE BARILLA PLUS PENNE PASTA THAT HAVE 10 GRAMS OF PROTEIN IN THEM. NOODLES NEVER MAKE ME THROW UP EVEN THOUGH RARELY EAT THEM. ITS THE EATTING SO FAST BECAUSE IT WAS SO TASTY. SO GUESS WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY IS THAT YOU KNOW YOUR WLS IS STILL IN CHARGE AND FULL FORCE. IM THANKFUL FOR IT EVERYDAY BUT SOME DAYS I SURE MISS EATTING LIKE A DOBBERMAN LOL... HUGS MARGE

Marge, crockpot chicken kills me, too.  Here's a ridiculously easy and delicious way that I bake chicken, and the dark meat comes out especially moist and tender: chicken pieces (either light or dark, with skin on) kosher salt fresh ground pepper cooking spray olive oil (optional) Preheat oven to 425 degrees.   Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.  put chicken in baking dish.  If you want to use olive oil, drizzle a small amount of olive oil on the chicken.  Sprinkle kosher salt and pepper on it (amount depends on your own personal taste).  Bake for 30-40 minutes or until done.  Devour, removing skin first if you choose. My biggest problem is that I eat too fast, especially today.  I cooked a small hamburger patty and melted a piece of cheese on it.  It was so tasty I wanted to gobble it up, but I had to force myself to put down the fork and rest between bites. Eating fast always does it for me too ...   I'm so glad my tool works the way it does, it forces me to be better to myself!
