Gym is Open (Wednesday)
It is raining and ugly here today... So far all I've done is make breakfast and do some household chores like starting the laundry and such. If it clears up some, I may still get my walk in this afternoon... It does now look a bit bluer across the horizon, so there's hope yet! LOL
I live 30 minutes from the closest gym and am so envious of you folks who have the gym option on a regular basis!! Keep up the good work!
Hugs,
Lea

Hi Lori, Well today i really don't know how long I was at the gym because the treadmill I was using didn't incline so I couldn't remember how long I was on it befor I switched. I think i was there for 65 min. So today I did the treadmill for 27 min and the ellipitcal 37 min. I know I was soak and wet after my workout from sweat. Anyway the scale is teasing me again and I can't stay off of it. This morning at 4:50am my weight was 314 when I got home from the gym it said 313 I know that 313 is not real bu****er lost durring my workout but i saw the number an that all that matters to me. Have a great day. Lorraine
I woke up this morning with the beginnings of a cough. My sibling was sick all last week, thanks to one of her stupid co-workers who selfishly went to work when he was fully diseased. Of course, she brought it home. Since I take a bunch of vitamins every day and am pretty religious about handwashing, I though I might dodge the bullet. I'm not optimistic at this point, though. GRR!
I did five minutes on the treadmill last night and 25 minutes on the armbike. I didn't feel very challenged after the armbike, though, so I need to set it on a program with more hills, I guess! I watched a guy do the elliptical forever, then when he finished with that, he ran on the treadmill. Wow!
What I like about our rec center is that there are people of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels working out. I feel very comfortable there.
We're going tonight, so I will try to add a minute to my treadmill and also do a more challenging armbike routine. I think I will load up on Tylenol Cold now so I'm not wonky when it's time to go work out.
