I'm getting my carpets cleaned to the tune of $627!!!  I can't believe it.  I've never paid this much before.  I have to admit that it has been a very long time since they have been done and of course the big cost is the cat damaged areas... So, if these guys ever finish, I'm headed to the gym. What have you done to move your body today? Lori

Yikes, that's a lot of money for carpet cleaning!  We need ours cleaned, too, but we will probably wait until summer.  Amazing what pets can do to carpeting, isn't it? We went to the rec center last night and it was more crowded than usual.  Only one treadmill was available, so I told my sister to take it and I did 25 minutes of armbike set to a more challenging course.  When I finished the armbike, more treadmills were available so I did five minutes of treadmill at a faster pace than I've done before.  It really got my heart pumping!  I wore myself out on the treadmill, so I went back to the armbike for five minutes of cool down.  I think I prefer doing my treadmill work first. though.  It was harder to do treadmill after 25 minutes of armbike. My new shoes are much better for exercising.  No foot or knee pain last night.  I am still on the verge of having a cold, so I'm loading up on Vitamin C supplements and taking Tylenol Cold.  I already take a zinc supplement, so I don't want to overdo it on the zinc.  So far, so good. I think we're going to the rec center tonight, but I'm not sure.  My sibling is working a swing shift the next couple of days, so I'm not sure how this affects our exercise schedule.  Kix enjoying exercise

Wow Lori!!!!! That is a lot of money I could buy a lot of clothes ther that much money. The most I have ever paid for carpet cleaning was 150.00 and that was because of the stairs. Well today I was in the gym bright an early well I need to get up a little earlier but it was so nice an warm in my bed I didn't want to move. I did the following at the gym 30 min treadmill 30 min elliptical and 5 min on the bike. i threw the bike in there since i don't really do a cool down I think I need to start so 5 min at a slow pace just to get the heart back were it should be. I was very happy to see the scale move again for me it is very strange I started drinking my protien drink again for the last 4 days and I am losing weird isn't? Lorraine

Wow, that's a lot ... makes me glad I have wood floors in most of the house! I've walked today - I come to work in the mornings before everyone else, start the flavored coffee and then walk around the entire floor turning on lights and keep walking until it's time to make the next pot, the regular pot, then do the same until I start the decafe. I've made this my morning routine. I also walked to lunch instead of having my girlfriend pick me up like she offered too, and I walked back uphill even though she wanted to bring me back!

Hi Lori - I didn't make the pool this morning because I had to do so much today.  I did make it to the evening class with my dh John.  We are both enjoying the night class as it is a harder workout than morning.

Girl, you must have a lot of carpetting!  Hope it looks great when they are done. I went to the gym yesterday after work and did 40 minutes on the elliptical machine.  I loaded a bunch of new music to my iPod, so am happily sweating away to new tunes.  I love it because it makes the 40 minutes fly by!   Good luck to everyone finding the time, motivation, and energy to move it today!
