Gym Is Open (Monday)
Hi Lori -
I did 2 hrs of water aerobics -- one hr in the morning, and one hr at night. My dh went with me tonight, and I also took my dd Stephanie. We worked hard, but had fun. Steph things that John and I are crazy for going and doing this several nights per week. She said she never expected that hard of a workout in the pool!
Hey, Lori, just want to thank you again for keeping the gym open! This is one of the things that gets me going to the gym on days when I'm vacillating, so I appreciate your efforts.
On Monday, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer after work. I had a lunch meeting yesterday, so did not get to do my normal weight lifting routine at lunch time. Will do that routine today instead so I can stay on track. I'm already starting to see a difference in my upper body and I've only been lifting 2x week for 6 weeks now. Our bodies ability to reshape itself is very, very cool. Good luck to everyone finding the time and motivation to move today! Kellie
