Gym Is Open (Thursday)
Work is settled back down...hallelujah!
I went to the gym this morning and walked on the track for 35 minutes and did 15 minutes on the recumbant bike. I need to try and fit in at least 30 more minutes of cardio today...I'm not sure I'll have time during lunch, so it will be after work.
What did you do to move your body today?
Lori
Good morning Lori,
Well this morning I was running late so I was only able to get 55 min on the elliptical no weights today. I am going to do some changes in my life with my exercise, i think it is important to exercise everyday so on the weekends I will be doing another cardio routine for 35 min on Saturday and Sunday. This will help with my slowing weightloss so it looks like 7 days a week for me this week. I will let you know how it goes. I am hoping that all of this exercise will payoff I can get under 300.
Talk to ya soon and have a great day.

I am moving like a snail I only lost 4 pounds last month and now I have lost about 4 more so I am 312. I want to get down to 200 but I know that is going to be hard. I am hoping to get to atleast 220 so that would put around another 92 pounds to lose. I keep my mind in perspective as far as losing the weight really fast and I am trying to remember slow an steady wins the race. But I want it and I want it bad. So I will be the exercise queen. I wish I could go back to that honeymoon period when you couldn't hardly eat anything. I still can't eat a lot but I can eat more often. I am now drinking more water and we will see what happens.

My sibling was late getting home from work, so we didn't get to the rec center until 6 PM.
I wanted to pu**** today, so I did seven minutes of treadmill and 20 minutes of intense armbike (Matterhorn terrain, level 3). It was almost too much, I think. My heart certainly was pounding when I was finished. I was probably hungry, too, and should have eaten a small snack before exercising.
The result was that I felt more whipped than usual when I came home. I'm OK now, enjoying a bottle of Crystal Light lemonade with potassium powder mixed in (just in case I lost a bunch of potassium during my hard workout.
My sibling's schedule is such that we have to go to the rec center in the early AM tomorrow (AIYEE! ), so I'm hoping I'll be up to even pedaling the armbike at sea level terrain, let alone Matterhorn!
