Hey Everyone,

I've been super busy with work, so I haven't been on much in the past few weeks.  Anyway, those of you who frequent the daily exercise thread know I am the exercise tape queen!  I have way too many.  I finally have gotten around to scaling back my collection and before carting them off to Goodwill, and am offering them as a gift to any of you who may be interested.  The following is a list of the titles and instructors.  If you would like a couple of them, just sent me an email and I will pop them in the mail to you.  Do not worry about postage or anything, I am just glad to be able to share.  They have helped me come a "LONG" way in my personal fitness and I am sure they can do the same for someone else.  Hugs, Tracy

Denise Austin Extra Lite Beginners Yoga (VHS)

Denise Austin Hit the Spot Fat Burning Blast (VHS) – This tape contains two 20 minute aerobic workouts

Donna Richardson 30 Days to Thinner Thighs (VHS)  - This tape has about 20 minutes of aerobics and 15 minutes of standing thigh toning

Kathy Smith Instant Workout (VHS) – This tape contains three 20 minute workouts, one aerobics, one stretching, and one toning

Kathy Smith March to Fitness (VHS) – Kathy Smith’s version of in-home walking; it is all low impact

Kathy Smith Weightloss workout (VHS) – Includes upper body weights, mixed impact aerobics, and standing legs.  I can’t remember whether or not it includes ab work. A pair of hand weights is needed.

Kathy Smith Body Basics (VHS) – Includes upper body toning, low impact aerobics, ab work, and lower body toning.  Good for beginners. A pair of hand weights is needed.

Jane Fonda Start Up (VHS) – 25 minute light exercise routine

Jane Fonda Step and Stretch (VHS) – 45 minute step aerobics followed by 15 minute full body stretch.  The stretch is real nice.

Jane Fonda Easy Going (VHS) – 50 minute class for beginners or people who have ever exercised or people with injuries

Jane Fonda New Workout (VHS) – This will get your heart rate up!  There is a lot of jumping.

Tony Little Body Express (DVD) – This is a really good weight training DVD.  Appropriate for all levels.  A pair of hand weights is needed.

Firm it Up! (DVD) – I actually found this at Walmart for $1.  I liked it so much that I went back and purchased another one for my sister but com to find out she had already bought one as well.  Anyway, it is a British exercise video, so you will get a kick out of the accents.  It has two 30 minute cardio dance routines.  The choreography is not too complicated.  It’s a lot of fun.

Esquire Great Body: Super Workout (VHS) – The cover says it is an “advanced” level workout, but it is not.  It’s a good workout but not so high intensity that we cannot do it. 30 minutes.

Esquire Great Body: Dynamite Legs (VHS) – all lower body toning, some standing, some floor.  30 minutes.

Esquire Great Body: Super Stomach (VHS) – if you like serious ab crunches, you will love this tape.  30 minutes.

Esquire Great Body: Figuretics (VHS) – hard to describe - not really pilates, not really yoga, but it is definitely a toning workout.  No hand weights needed.  30 minutes.

Balanced Fitness Workout (VHS) – This is an oldie – late 80’s Tamilee Webb workout (She is the known as the “Buns of Steel” instructor).  Two separate workouts: 30 minute aerobics and 25 minutes toning.

Mind Body Connection Yoga Level I (VHS) – An integrated Yoga and tai chi workout.  Leisa Hart is the instructor

Crunch Fat Burning Yoga Workout (VHS) – 45 minutes

Crunch Tae Boxing (VHS) – Billy Blanks is the instructor and this was before his “tae bo” days.

Crunch Cardio Groove (VHS) – The choreography is nearly impossible to learn but it is fun to try.  Just make sure no one is watching because you will look a lil’ silly.

Yoga Zone Yoga for Weight Loss Beginners Level (VHS) – 58 minutes

Paula Abdul’s Get Up and Dance (VHS) – It’s cardio dance.  Choreography isn’t too hard.

Buns of Steel 3 Buns and More – This is a lower body toning workout.  Features standing and floor toning.  Tamilee Webb.

10 Minute Solution: 10 Minute workouts to Shape Up – Features five 10 minute workouts: Yoga, kickboxing, rock hard abs, boot camp, and ballet.  Pick a couple or do all five.  Michelle Dozois is the instructor

Sorry, but those titles were all requested and sent to other folks already.  In fact, I only have a few titles left.  In the next few days, I am planning to post an updated list of what is left (with possibly a few additional titles).

how about the 10 minute solution work out?  or the buns of steel 3. Anything that you have left would be great....except the Jane fonda videos.  She made that whole work out thing up, she later told everyone she never worked out a day in her life, and that she was naturally thin because of her genes!!!!!! Anyway ....  Let me know Scott
