Gym is Open (Monday)

I'm in physical therapy too for my "tennis elbow". So, I can't do my upper body stuff until that is better. I hope your pt helps your knees. It has helped mine. But, there are still things I can't do without getting injured. Lunges are one those things. So, I do a modified lunge with a stability ball at my back against the wall.
I love your competition! Yes, please keep us updated on progress!!! I will have to think about something like that for me and my friends at the gym.
