Gym is Open (Monday)

Hi Kellie! I'm in physical therapy too for my "tennis elbow".  So, I can't do my upper body stuff until that is better.  I hope your pt helps your knees.  It has helped mine.  But, there are still things I can't do without getting injured.  Lunges are one those things.  So, I do a modified lunge with a stability ball at my back against the wall. I love your competition!  Yes, please keep us updated on progress!!!  I will have to think about something like that for me and my friends at the gym. Lori

45 minutes of cardio (Gilad's "Fat Burning Workout") followed by full body weight training (Get Ripped: Slim and Lean).

Jesus is so good to me;  I couldn't ask for a better friend, protector, leader, savior!
