Woo Hoo!
I have been avoiding the scales because I just get mad at myself for backsliding, but I gave in and stepped on them yesterday afternoon. I have lost 4 pounds of the regained weight! Only 16 to get back where I was, then 40+/- to get to goal. Dh has lost 3, so we are going to win in this battle of the carbs. Got rid of all the bad ones from the house last week and I make him go in the store with me no matter how bad he feels and that way he can monitor me because I WILL sneak and buy the bad stuff.

Good for you, Janie! And best of luck keeping your focus - it's easy to slip back into old habits, but recognizing that is the first step toward not doing it! You're smart to take the DH into the grocery with you to help keep you on track; an excellent tactic....
