My appointment

Everything went great yesterday. I liked the doctor I saw and he said he feels I am a good canidate for surgery. So now we wait some more to hear back from the insurance.                                                       Annie

Thanks for all the great encouragment Marge. I got a copy of the appeal letter from our insurance having to do another evaluation again. When I first looked at the letter I did not understand it at first I thought I was being denied for surgery but when I read it again it was saying to have another evaluation. Also this morning our cable was out no phone no internet so I just got my great DVD from Tracy and I tried to do 30 minutes of the excersise dance on there. I did some of it sitting in my chair and then the rest standing. I am really going to try to do this 3 times a week. I used to be a gym rat for 3 years then my job changed and I got tired of trying so hard and stopped. With this I can stay home and it is free. I do remember how good I felt when I was working out.                                                            Annie

Hi Ginger, I am not giving up and I refuse to settle for being obese the rest of my life. I am going to get there. Also this weekend I will be working at Target and get to work with my friend Dwight who had surgery last August he is down 140lbs.                                                              Annie
