I don't think I mentioned this to you guys but my boss died last Friday.  He had colon cancer.  He was 49 years old.  Things are difficult here at work as changes are inevitable.  Our new CEO is asking us to delay some things and do others... Thank goodness for the gym!  I worked out very hard this morning.  10 mins eliptical, 20 mins abs and back and 35 minutes treadmill. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

So sorry to hear about your boss.  Wow, only 49 - that's a shame.  I will be praying for his family. Anyway,  today is "Ripped: 1000" which is a 60 minute cardio/weight training interval workout.  Jari Love, the creator and host, swears that doing one of her various "Ripped" workouts three times per week along with some extra cardio will "take you right out of a plateau".  I will let you know in 6 weeks whether or not the claim is true.

Jesus is so good to me;  I couldn't ask for a better friend, protector, leader, savior!

Sorry to hear about your boss passing away.  I hope he didn't suffer.  We went to the rec center this evening.  My knees felt kind of sore today, so I decided to forego treadmill (well, not just the sore knees, all the treadmills were taken by people jogging for long periods of time) and just do armbike.  I did 35 minutes of armbike and it really wore me out.
