HAPPY MONDAY EVERYBODY!!
JUST WANTED TO TELL EVERYBODY THANK FOR THE SUPPORT LASTWEEK DURNING MY LITTLE MINI BREAK DOWN I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT ALL OF YOU YOU GUYS ARE WONDERFUL AND DONT YOU EVER FORGET IT!!!!! WELL WE WERE OUT OF TOWN THIS WEEKEND FOR A FAMLIY WEDDING SO I WASNT SO VERY GOOD WITH MY EATING (WITH THOSE OF YOU FAMULAR WITH THE KANKAKEE AREA IN ILLINOIS I HAD A JAENKE HOTDOG THIS WEEKEND AND IT WAS WONDERFUL) SO I WAS AFRAID TO WEIGHT BUT THAT IS PART OF MY ACCOUNTABILITY I KNOW AS I TOLD YOU LAST WEEK WHEN I GAINED 3 POUNDS SO HERE IT GOES.

THIS WEEK 202 CAN YOU BELIEVE IT I LOST 5 POUNDS SINCE LAST MONDAY SOME OF IT MUST HAVE BEEN WATER WEIGHT AND I KNOW I DID GET MORE EXERCISE SINCE I DID DANCE AT THE RECEPTION SO MAYBE THAT WAS IT WHAT EVER IT WAS I WILL TAKE IT. JUST 3 MORE POUNDS TO GET TO ONEDERLAND AND I HOPE I CAN DO IT THIS WEEK, WE WILL SEE. GOOD LUCK THIS WEEK TO EVERYBODY!!!

I thought the week would be really a slow loss week, but at the end, it picked up. It's taken me 3 weeks to get below 290, but today, I'm there! YAY! It's hard for me to believe that I'm down 85+ pounds from last summer when I had to begin the classes required by my insurance, and almost 100 lbs from my all time high. I'm getting there!
Gosh everyone is doing sooo well, gives me hope. Had an awesome weekend, yesterday went and saw the Oakland A's whoop those damn Yankees. It was a great game, it felt so good to be back at the ballpark, has been over 10 years since I have been there. Got a sunburn, but that's okay.

one pound better than nothing, but it is sooo slow now... I know I have been eating too many calories.. (those night time snack attacks) Have a great week everyone.
I was bad this week. I worked out once (compared to my 4-6 days a week), and I was very slack in my protein intake, vitamin intake, and water intake. It shows in my weight loss. My 3 months is coming up in 2.5 weeks. I want to be down under 300lbs. that is 18 lbs in 2.5 weeks? Doable? I think so. I'm doing liquids and the protein train and getting my butt back to the gym! Pray for me.
