Gym Is Open (Monday)

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill today.  I increased my speed to 2mph & got a mile in.  Didn't mind the increased speed by the balls of my feet a little sore.

We went to the rec center late tonight.  I have only been doing light exercise the past couple of days so it was hard getting back to a somewhat more rigorous routine.  I could only do 7 minutes on the treadmill, but I did 30 on the armbike.  Kix

I did my full routine after work - lifted weights for upper and lower body, then did 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer.  I usually break the weights and cardio into two separate sessions, which I understand is better for my body, but that just didn't work out on Monday.  I was, however, pleased that I still got both activities in during one session.   Kellie

It was cardio-only day, so I did 65 minutes of cardio with Leslie Sansone (5 Mile Walk at Home DVD).

Jesus is so good to me;  I couldn't ask for a better friend, protector, leader, savior!
