Hello Everyone, What did you do to move your body today? I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 15 on the elliptical trainer and 13 on the bike. I also did 100 crunches. Take care,

Diana, thanks for opening the gym, it totally slipped my mind!  I went to the rec center and did 20 minutes of armbike and 10 minutes of treadmill.  It was hot here in Colorado today (not Texas hot or south Georgia humid, but hot enough to be icky), so I was not really in the mood to do much at all.  I had planned to take the dogs for a short walk in the park, but figured if I didn't like the hot, they wouldn't, either. I tried to kick up my workout today since I've been stuck for a month and half and I've been working out the whole time. I'm getting pretty ticked. 50 min. treadmill - Incline level 8 @ 3.5mph for 30 and incline 6.5 at 3mph for 20 min. 30 min. elliptical WT on abs and legs

Hi Diana -  Thanks for opening the gym.  I did 2 hours of water aerobics today -- 1 hr in the morning, and one in the evening.

Hey Diana- Yesterday I walked in the neighborhood for 45 minutes before work and then walked with a friend for 40 minutes after work.  Also trying to jumpstart my metabolism and I think it's working.   Take care
