Sharing some info...RNY & LapBand actual surgery videos

I have continue to come across a wealth of information online. I just stumbled across some youtube videos of actual LapBand and RNY surgeries. I found this extremely informative to actually see what happnes.  They also have a VERY good question/answer/explanations through out the videos.  This scared the mess outa me at first but now im glad i watched it.  Very well worth the time. Well, I think watching was a good thing but it also freaked me out a bit as that will be happening to me in exactly two weeks!  Normally surgeries don't bug me a bit but since I have a personal stake in it this time I have to say I got a little bit nauseas. 

I was also scared after watching it. I do think its worth the watch. For me it made the surgery ALOT more serious. It  has also helped me keep to my pre-op diet, vitamines, apointments etc... i always took the procedure serious...but now its on a diffrent level beacuse i see how delicate it can be and how one little change on my part can help or hurt.
