Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
A blind date? How exciting for you!!! I hope you have a super time!! I met my husband on a blind date lol.
I walked 2 miles today and did a 20 mins weights work out here at home. I didn't go to the gym today. I am just tired and a bit sore from Monday and Tuesday and basically talked myself out of it. Oh and I also picked up Apple Tree Poop lol. So far thats about it for "work out" for the day.

Hi, Lori! Good for you for making it to the gym, even if you could only squeeze in a short workout. I've read a couple articles that suggest NOT skipping a planned workout, even if you have to shorten it considerably. I think it has something to do with sticking to a regular routine. I try not to skip, but sometimes life gets in the way!
As far as my exercise for the day, I lifted weights for upper and lower body at lunch time. I'll go back to the gym for a 40-minute interval session on the elliptical trainer after work. I like the interval sessions because it's shorter (when I do base cardio training, I am for 50-60 minutes).

We went to aquacise last night. After class, my sister said she didn't feel like she had much of a workout. Two hours later, though, she was groaning about her overworked muscles!
I went to my rec center and did 45 minutes of in-line skating machine, and about 30 minutes of strentgh training on the weight machines. Even though I wasn't in the mood, I went to the other rec center and swam in the warm water pool for 30 minutes. I was glad I did once I was done.
When I was leaving the second rec center, I saw a guy who looked very familiar. After thinking about it for ten minutes, I realized he was one of the folks at the Honda Doctor who was feasting on free coffee and donuts while I was starving to death.
