Back and surgery on Wednesday

Hi Everyone, Sorry I've missed all of your goings on. I have been away for a loooong time. I just got back on Friday and have been going all weekend. I have my surgery on Wednesday morning. I got the 20 more pounds off that the Dr. asked me to do. I have lost 122 pounds since starting my journey on Optifast. I started out at 510 pounds and am down to 389 as of last Friday. The best part is that I can do so many things I haven't done in years just taking off that much weight.  I hope you are all doing wonderfully well getting ready for surgery or after your surgery. I don't know if I will be able to post again before surgery so if not hugs to you all and please keep me in your thoughts and prayers on Wednesday. blessings to you all, Annie W.

WOW Annie!  Congrats on the 122lbs lost!  That's a great acheivement.  Praying for an uneventful surgery and recovery. Isn't it great to see what we can do now that some of the weight is gone?? It's just amazing to me how much more active I can be. Best Wishes!
