VSG w BMI OVER 50

New to this forum and seeking info.  If you have a bmi over 50 and have had the sleeve (vsg) could you please tell me about your experiences (good and bad). Thank you in advance!!!

Hi Jodie. I suggest that you repost this question on the duodenal switch board. Very often for higher BMI the DS is done in 2 steps. First the VSG is done and then when the person has lost weight they get the second half which is the switch part. There are several people on the DS board who have had the VSG so I am sure you will get some great responses. Jo
