I havent checked in here for so long that I really cant even remember.  I did come on a week ago to check on Marge but thats it.   Im over 2yrs out now and my weight is stable. I did gain some back but managed to take most of it back off.  I started out at 329 and my lowest weight was 135.  I now bounce between 140-150lbs.  Which puts my bmi in the normal range.  I thought I wanted to stay around the 135 mark but found that it was just too hard to maintain that weight.  I really had to work hard to keep myself there, watch every bite of food, exercise atleast an hour everyday, and the slightest change caused me to gain.  After talking with my PCP I decided to let my body decide what was the right weight for me.  I quite watching every bite, cut the exercise back to 4days a week, and just lived my life.  My body seems to be happy at the weight Im at now, but I still watch the scale to make sure I dont gain over the 150lb mark.   Life has become so busy since surgery.  Ive neglected the very people and site that got me through the rough times before surgery, the ups and downs of the first couple months after surgery, and all the fun and hard times since surgery.  This board was my lifeline.  I was here everyday, posted quite often, and really enjoyed the people here.  I wouldnt have made it through the first year without this board.  Time is hard to come by so I dont know when Ill post again, but I promise to check in!  So where is everyone?  I know Marge is here.  Any sign of Lori? Myra?  any of the older people?  I didnt realize how much I missed this board until now..  Guess Ill have to come back and update again soon..  Now Marge- Ill get you an updated picture soon.  We havent had the camera out in so long!  But I think I can come up with a couple pictures to show you where Im at with my weight.  And by the way Marge, YOU LOOK INCREDIBLE!  I wouldnt have known it was you if I hadnt seen your post!
