MONDAY WEIGH IN!

It looks like you're doing a pretty good job in terms of your food intake.  With your workout routine, you may actually need to be eating a little bit MORE if you want to continue to lose.  Would you be willing to try adding 100 or 200 additional calories to your daily routine?  You could add a morning snack or an after dinner snack, sticking to healthy choices (apple w/ a piece of string cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, beef jerky, etc.).  I know it seems counterintuitive, but if your daily calories are below your resting metabolic rate, your body will hold on to any stored energy (fat) and you won't lose, no matter what you are doing.

You may want to repost this in the diet and nutrition forum, and see what advice the registered dieticians can offer.  They may want a little more detail about your daily routine (portion sizes, etc.) to be able to offer specific advice.

Good luck on your continuing journey - you CAN DO THIS!!!!!!

I miss Trader Joe's!  Colorado won't get Trader Joe's here until they change their law that says grocery stores cannot sell wine. Did I mention I miss Trader Joe's, desperately?  Kix

Lynn, honey, there is no shaming here.  We're all just here to support each other.  And we all know what it's like to get off track, for whatever reason.  So welcome back to the fold, and don't be afraid to come back next Monday, even if that darn scale isn't being friendly.  We'll be supportive and see you through!!! Lynn Don't beat yourself up. Instead lets beat up the scales. We all go thru it at one time or another. We are here for support. You will get back on track and the scale will be your friend again.
