I thought I'd post one of the few photos of me when I was SSMO.  This photo was taken when I applied for my accessible transit.  I weighed 530 lbs and was not independently mobile. It scares me to remember how fat I was, which is probably why I freak out when the scale shifts upward.  Vigilance is the key! Oh, you can find the photo in my photo album.  In case it isn't obvious , the album is entitled, "Old Kix."  Be warned, it isn't for the faint-hearted! Kix

Thanks for sharing a pre-WLS picture, Kix.  Sometimes, like now, when I'm having a tough time, I go back and look at pictures of myself pre-WLS.  Helps remind me that I've come a long way and that daily freak-outs are not worth it! Have a great day.   Kellie

Hey Kix, what a wonderful smile, thanks for putting up a before WLS picture, I am getting my fattest pictures out and makeing a photo album of all my weight and sickness and then I am going to put it six feet in the ground and then dig it up in 18 months, just for reflection, that is how I am going to say goodbye to my fat,  :) smaile girl you are beautiful, God Bless Kristy
